IT Risk Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal, 2–3 times per week. Candidates must be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Manage and analyze IT risks across risk management, audit, and security activities.
• Assess information systems in the banking industry, including cybersecurity and fraud risks.
• Support data governance and protection initiatives.
• Apply IT system development lifecycle processes and methodologies.
• Use the ServiceNow GRC tool and support regulatory requirements, trends, and technologies.
• Handle project management activities and specific management requests while protecting confidential information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in IT risk management, IT audit, and/or IT security.
• Strong practical knowledge of IT risk management, with analytical and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of banking information systems, cybersecurity, fraud, data governance, and data protection.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow GRC, regulatory requirements, and IT system development lifecycle processes.
• Fluent English at B2 level and eligibility to work in Portugal are required.

Nice to have

• Risk management certification such as ISO 31000 or ISACA CRISC.
