Security Screening Analyst

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work.

What you will do

• Conduct real-time security reviews of CVs to identify inconsistencies, employment gaps, and potential risk indicators.
• Screen candidates against international databases and global watchlists for compliance purposes.
• Maintain internal tracking records and reporting.
• Enter structured data accurately into security tools.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Law, International Relations, Data Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
• Digital proficiency and experience logging structured data into security tools.
• Working knowledge of global watchlists and GDPR.
• Ability to identify CV inconsistencies and employment gaps.

Nice to have

• Experience with KYC/KYS activities.
• Experience using OSINT tools.
