NOC Engineer

What you will do

• Monitor the availability, performance, and stability of network services and infrastructure.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve network incidents, anomalies, connectivity issues, and system problems.
• Execute initial incident response and escalate issues to specialized technical teams.
• Support the administration and operation of corporate network environments.
• Manage endpoint monitoring and protection tools while ensuring SLA and operational procedure compliance.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and operational processes.

Requirements

• Professional experience in NOC, network operations, or network/system administration.
• Strong knowledge of networks, infrastructure, troubleshooting, and critical business environments.
• Experience with incident management, resolution, and initial response.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security and endpoint protection.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, structured problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon, McAfee Endpoint/ePO, or equivalent tools.
