Focus on turning ambiguous problems into clear actions, improving recurring processes with tooling and automation, and maintaining momentum across commercial, organisational, and people-related initiatives.
Location: Stockholm, Sweden; on-site in the office five days per week

What you will do
- Prepare and follow through on key Legal Engineering EMEA leadership forums.
- Build weekly and monthly reporting on commercial performance, usage, capacity, hiring, and team growth.
- Analyse data and prepare concise recommendations and briefings for senior stakeholders.
- Drive selected cross-functional projects from initial brief to completed output.
- Maintain action, decision, and risk logs while improving recurring processes through templates, tooling, and automation.
- Coordinate logistics for selected meetings, offsites, and projects.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of relevant experience or an exceptional graduate record with strong applied evidence.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with spreadsheets.
- Clear writing skills, including the ability to reduce complex topics to a concise one-page recommendation.
- Ownership of follow-through, sound judgment with sensitive information, and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to use AI and modern tools while remaining accountable for accuracy.
- Availability to work on-site in the Stockholm office five days per week.
