Manufacturing Technician (Biotech)

Location: Framingham, United States; on-site

Salary: $66,000–$85,500 per year, plus performance incentive bonus, new hire equity, and ongoing performance-based equity.

hirify.global is a biotechnology company developing oncolytic immunotherapies through its proprietary RPx platform to transform cancer treatment.

What you will do

• Operate, set up, change over, and clean automated and manual manufacturing equipment.
• Produce RPX in accordance with SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices, and safety procedures.
• Document production activities in batch records, logbooks, and forms.
• Visually inspect drug product vials and perform secondary packaging for distribution to clinical sites.
• Identify and communicate process deviations to the manager.
• Maintain training records, inventory systems, flammables cabinets, and hazardous waste accumulation areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with 1–2 years of cGMP experience, a biotech certificate, an associate degree, or a bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and move heavy objects.
• Ability to stand for more than three hours.
• Ability to safely work with hazardous materials such as isopropyl alcohol and handle high-value product vials.
