Production Technician Filling (Biopharma Manufacturing)

Location: Swiftwater, Pennsylvania, United States; 100% onsite. Work is scheduled for 40 hours per week on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, with daily shift-change attendance required.

What you will do

• Support the high-quality and efficient production of injectable medicines in an aseptic manufacturing environment.
• Complete aseptic gowning qualification and follow all applicable training assignments.
• Manage inventory using the enterprise system and perform environmental sampling.
• Complete cGMP tasks and corresponding production documentation.
• Maintain focus on the quality and safety of teammates, processes, products, equipment, and documentation.
• Support regulatory audit readiness and work effectively both independently and with the production team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 6 months of prior manufacturing or warehouse experience, or a college degree in lieu of experience.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to lift between 1 and 50 pounds.
• English reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills are preferred; multilingual candidates are welcome.
• Product-specific vaccination and influenza vaccination are required for building access.
