Mgr Technical Control Systems (SCADA)

Location: Texas - Dallas, United States. The role requires work inside and outside the office, some overnight travel, and compliance with TSA regulations at a TSA-regulated facility. Successful candidates must obtain and maintain TSA/KTN clearance.

What you will do

• Manage planning, engineering, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of real-time SCADA, control, monitoring, communications, and cybersecurity systems.
• Coordinate RTU and PLC project execution, programming, and commissioning to ensure standardization, reliability, safety, and security.
• Develop and monitor OT design and infrastructure policies, network and system documentation, patch management, and hardware maintenance.
• Oversee the design, maintenance, and support of gas control center technical systems and manage relationships with service and equipment providers.
• Direct disaster management and incident response planning, while developing system requirements, projects, schedules, and budget inputs.
• Recruit, develop, train, and manage SCADA programmers, infrastructure and application engineers, and related personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 7 years of experience in SCADA programming and systems development, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced computer skills with personal computer applications and specialized SCADA environment tools.
• Exceptional verbal communication and excellent writing skills.
• Ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages, and basic statistical methods.
• Obtain and maintain TSA/KTN clearance and comply with applicable TSA regulations.
• Complete required pre- and post-employment screenings, including DOT/PHMSA drug testing and motor vehicle record checks.
