Import-Export Specialist

What you will do

• Manage shipping and invoicing documents for samples, material returns, intercompany shipments, and other material flows.
• Coordinate import activities, including quotation requests, documentation control, and customs form archiving.
• Control and manage customs procedures.
• Organize transportation and support the correct operational flow of shipments.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar import-export or logistics role.
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and transport documents, including CMR, AWB, and B/L.
• Knowledge of ERP management systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong organizational and planning skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work under pressure.
