Brand Designer (AI)

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Produce launch and campaign creative across web, social, presentations, and events, including hero assets and derivatives.
• Use generative AI image and video tools to create work, reference sets, and prompt libraries that remain on-brand.
• Implement landing pages, marketing site updates, and brand-level product changes with AI coding tools, handing deeper work to engineering.
• Translate brand decisions into product tokens, components, iconography, and illustrations within the design system.
• Maintain brand assets and guidelines, and build templates for marketing, sales, and engineering.
• Run visual QA across product and outbound materials while delivering quickly and flagging scope risks early.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of brand or visual design experience, or an exceptional portfolio.
• Strong portfolio covering identity systems, typography, and launch or campaign creative.
• Daily experience with generative AI tools for image, video, and layout, with sound judgment about their use.
• Ability to implement designs with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or v0.
• Exceptional attention to detail, systems thinking, and the ability to ship high-volume work on deadline.
• Fluency in Figma, including components, variables, and libraries; a bachelor's degree is required.

Nice to have

• A prompt or reference library that improved another person's output.
• Experience independently building and shipping a marketing page or microsite.
• Range across motion, video, illustration, 3D, or print.
• Experience aligning brand and product so they look like the same company.
• Strong, explainable opinions about typography.
