Brand Designer (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site

Salary: $130K–$170K annually, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own, define, and evolve the visual identity and design system across brand, web, product, and marketing touchpoints.
• Build and maintain cohesive brand assets, guidelines, and documentation.
• Design and ship hirify.global’s main website and other interactive brand experiences.
• Create marketing materials for social media, product launches, campaigns, sales, events, and merchandise.
• Partner with the product team to bring the brand into product experiences.
• Set the visual quality bar and manage design QA across the stack.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Brand Designer in technology.
• Strong experience designing and shipping modern, interactive web experiences.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand, visual, and graphic design across multiple touchpoints.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and art direction.
• Hands-on experience shipping real products to users.
• Strong visual craftsmanship, taste, consistency, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics and animation experience.
• Product design or UI/UX experience.
• User research experience.
• In-house experience owning and evolving a technology company’s brand over time.
