What you will do

• Support daily HR operations through cross-functional projects and administrative work.
• Assist with HR initiatives, employee programs, and process improvements.
• Research HR best practices and trends and provide recommendations.
• Support pre-boarding activities for new employees.
• File documents, maintain records, and respond to employee and client inquiries.
• Draft internal communications and correspondence about HR policies and updates.

Requirements

• Be an entering junior or senior studying Human Resources, business administration, or organizational development.
• Receive academic credit for the internship and provide a professor or advisor letter certifying junior or senior status and credit eligibility.
• Work collaboratively and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
• Be willing to work mornings, evenings, and/or weekends around the college course schedule.
• Submit a cover letter describing the desired internship, semester, post-graduation goals, interest in CBS 42, and relevant qualifications.
