Senior Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Remote with a hybrid option. Associates living within 30 miles of an office location may work remotely part of the week and are expected to work in the office three days per week.

Salary: $63,000–$127,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead advanced statistical analyses and deep dives that produce actionable recommendations for decision makers.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and validate machine-learning models and algorithms for complex business problems.
• Mine, clean, transform, join, and assemble data from SQL servers, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Salesforce, internal systems, web sources, aggregators, and public datasets.
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
• Present findings and reports to stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
• Automate manual processes, monitor model performance, and mentor junior analysts and data scientists.

Requirements

• PhD in a quantitative or programming discipline, such as applied mathematics, optimization, psychology, economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of data analysis experience and at least 1 year of programming experience.
• Significant experience working with large, complex datasets and common data science tools.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, including experience with NumPy and Pandas.
• Experience designing, deploying, and validating predictive machine-learning models, including models for unstructured data matching and specialized LLM use cases.
• Experience working with the AWS cloud suite, statistical methods, data synthesis, and cross-functional communication.
