What you will do

• Manage go-to-market timelines, launch schedules, and readiness milestones for promotions, displays, and new item launches.
• Coordinate trade marketing plans, promotional calendars, planograms, displays, prepacks, samples, and other retailer-specific assets.
• Manage retailer requests and lead readiness for line reviews, previews, and key retailer meetings.
• Partner with Sales, Brand Marketing, Product, Creative, Digital, vendors, and external partners to deliver integrated execution.
• Track execution status, resolve risks and dependencies, and maintain standardized reporting for stakeholders.
• Lead post-activation recaps, retailer feedback loops, and improvements to future GTM execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Marketing required.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience or industry exposure.
• Experience with project management, sales planning, and trade marketing.
• Strong coordination, communication, follow-through, and issue-resolution skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Port Washington, New York headquarters in the United States.
• English required.
