Senior Manager, AI/ML Engineering & Customer Insights (AI/ML)

Location: Hybrid in Frisco, Texas; regular onsite attendance is required. Candidates must live within a commutable distance to one of the two locations. Relocation assistance is not offered.

Salary: USD $135,910–$223,285 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Establish and lead a new AI-driven Customer Insights function within engineering.
• Define the strategy, roadmap, architecture, processes, and operating model for AI/ML-driven customer experience improvements.
• Design AI/ML and Generative AI solutions that analyze telemetry, logs, reviews, surveys, support interactions, and product feedback.
• Build scalable cloud-native data pipelines, APIs, services, and platforms for structured and unstructured datasets.
• Drive proof-of-concepts, production deployments, MLOps, model monitoring, governance, reliability, and operational scalability.
• Build, mentor, and lead engineers and data professionals while presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years focused on AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data-driven product development.
• Hands-on Python and/or Golang experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, NLP, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, sentiment analysis, summarization, classification, and recommendation systems.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Docker, Kubernetes, SQL and NoSQL databases, and large-scale data technologies.
• Proven engineering leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and delivery of complex initiatives from concept through production.
