Senior Analyst, Retail Market Insights (Retail Analytics)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for retail clients and manage day-to-day communication.
• Handle contractual delivery responsibilities under the guidance of the line manager.
• Prepare and deliver analytical presentations with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Produce regular reports and ad hoc data analyses accurately and on schedule.
• Track industry trends, competition, and retailer growth opportunities.
• Use Customer Success transformation tools and modern technology to improve the speed and scalability of insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in research or marketing within market research, FMCG, or retail.
• Excellent communication and consultative persuasion skills in English and Mandarin.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to diagnose business problems and propose data-driven solutions.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Good presentation and time-management skills.
