Sales Operations Specialist (BI/CRM)

What you will do

• Integrate, maintain, and consolidate data from multiple sources into comprehensive databases.
• Analyze sales and market data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Build clear reports, visualizations, and monthly sales reports using business intelligence tools.
• Support the development of sales KPI frameworks and evaluate team performance against targets.
• Measure the effectiveness of market and sales activities and support sales budget allocation.
• Provide tailored data support, training, and self-service data tools to cross-functional departments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in business, economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales operations or analytics position.
• Essential experience with Excel, BI tools such as Power BI, and CRM systems.
• Experience using SQL to independently extract key business data.
• Good spoken and written English is required.
• Strong business acumen, communication, coordination, logical reasoning, teamwork, and ownership.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or similar analytical tools.
