Associate Demand Planning Manager - HOKA ECOM (AI)

What you will do

• Manage pre-season and in-season demand planning for the HOKA ECOM channel.
• Build sales plans and Open-to-Buy plans across financial milestones and product levels, from gender and class through style, color, and size.
• Develop top-down and bottom-up sales and buy plans using statistical, heuristic, and AI forecasting models.
• Reforecast demand during the season, respond to trends, and optimize inventory by reducing excess and pursuing additional supply when needed.
• Partner with merchants, channel leads, the business unit head, eCommerce, and Inventory Planning to align plans and manage financial risks.
• Lead monthly demand reviews, participate in S&OP meetings, and improve demand planning and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, inventory planning, or business analytics.
• Ability to build and manage financial, sales, assortment, and buy plans at multiple product levels.
• Experience working with forecasting, reporting, and demand planning tools.
• Ability to analyze sales, margin, sell-through, and inventory performance and turn findings into action plans.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and obtain alignment on official demand plans.
