Senior Project Manager - Landscape Architecture

What you will do

• Lead project initiation, research, programming, conceptualization, design planning, and development of project goals.
• Organize and supervise project teams, delegate work to designers, planners, and interns, and coordinate consultants.
• Lead client and project meetings, design reviews, presentations, and project communications.
• Oversee CAD document production, construction document coordination, specifications, takeoffs, cost estimates, and quality control.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, fee limits, correspondence, and monthly updates to leadership.
• Direct construction administration, site visits, submittal reviews, and approval and sealing of construction documents.

Requirements

• Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited BLA or MLA university program.
• Registered Landscape Architect with CLARB certification.
• 10+ years of experience in a private-sector design or planning office.
• Advanced AutoCAD and customization, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Advanced knowledge of contract document layout and production.
• Advanced hand and digital rendering skills.
