Production Manager - Content & Programming, CLI (Marketing)

Location: Onsite in Southampton, Massachusetts, at the CLI Conservatory

Salary: $56,000–$71,400 per year

What you will do

• Develop creative briefs for email, social, video, and web campaigns.
• Write copy for email campaigns, websites, and social media.
• Support social media strategy and ongoing marketing campaigns for CLI Studios and CLI Conservatory.
• Coordinate content opportunities including photoshoots, student interviews, and other asset creation.
• Schedule and publish content on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Engage with social communities and track campaign and social media performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field.
• Experience in the dance industry as a dancer or through work with a dance-related organization.
• Strong communication, writing, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and ClickUp.
