Transport Driver (Petroleum)

Location: Catlettsburg, Kentucky, United States. Local routes with home-daily scheduling; work involves in-person transport and delivery duties.

Hourly rate: $31.65–$35.25.

What you will do

• Safely transport gas, sulfur, and other petroleum products using tank trucks, trailers, or tractor-trailers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations.
• Follow site-specific procedures for product loading and offloading.
• Complete required regulatory paperwork and ensure equipment is ready for the next shift.
• Report incidents, environmental and safety concerns, and equipment issues promptly.
• Follow federal, state, local, company, and site-specific safety procedures.

Requirements

• Active Class A Commercial Driver’s License and required Hazardous Materials and Tank Vehicle endorsements.
• Satisfactory driving record, FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse registration, and ability to drive interstate.
• TWIC Card required before starting.
• Ability to operate manual and/or automatic transmissions and work up to 12-hour AM/PM shifts, including additional hours when needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather, at elevated spaces over 30 feet, and lift, carry, push, or pull 50–65 pounds.
• Successful completion of drug and alcohol screening, DOT physical, background checks, pre-trip exam, and road test.
