Senior Technical Artist (Unreal Engine)

What you will do

• Collaborate with artists, designers, and writers to establish consistent and efficient content-production methodologies.
• Build tools and workflows that improve the user experience, quality, and efficiency of content authoring.
• Support the development and delivery of technologies that enable visual content implementation in games.
• Identify technical and production problems, propose solutions, and align implementation strategies with the team.
• Develop lighting and shader strategies for modular environmental systems.
• Bridge art and engineering teams through clear communication and technical problem-solving.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the games industry.
• Advanced understanding of 3D art creation and integration, with a strong artistic eye.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine, Maya, Python, Substance Designer, Substance Painter, SpeedTree, and Houdini.
• Proficiency with HLSL and GLSL, plus experience with C++ or a degree in Computer Science.
• At least two AAA titles shipped from start to finish across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication skills, an extensive professional portfolio, and Blueprint or asset-scripting abilities.
