Software Engineer (DevOps): Building and maintaining high-scale distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, databases, and Kubernetes-based microservices for a real-time bidding platform with an accent on scalability, automation, and infrastructure optimization. Focus on designing multi-continent Kubernetes architectures, managing GCP infrastructure, building CI/CD pipelines, and reducing operational costs with enterprise AI tools.
Location: Hybrid in Lviv or Dnipro, Ukraine

is an AI-powered advertising company operating a high-load programmatic platform that processes millions of ad requests per second.
What you will do
- Design and implement new features and system improvements for real-time bidding infrastructure.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
- Maintain and optimize a diverse database ecosystem spanning more than 10 technologies.
- Design and scale microservices across Kubernetes clusters distributed across multiple continents.
- Maintain software processes and tools while applying current IT best practices.
- Drive automation, infrastructure optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives using enterprise AI tools.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure or software development.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Kubernetes experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with scripting in Python, Bash, Go, or a similar language.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
Nice to have
- Experience with high-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with Config Connector or Crossplane.
- Experience optimizing infrastructure and cloud costs.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL administration.
