What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary landscape architecture project teams from initiation through construction administration.
• Mentor designers, planners, and interns through coaching, delegation, feedback, and professional development.
• Manage client relationships, project meetings, schedules, resources, budgets, financial performance, and deliverables.
• Guide research, programming, conceptual design, material and site furnishing selections, design reviews, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate consultants and contractors, oversee CAD production and construction documentation, and direct site visits and submittal reviews.
• Review and seal construction documents while ensuring compliance with the firm’s quality control process.

Requirements

• Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited BLA or MLA program.
• Registered Landscape Architect with CLARB certification.
• 5–10 years of experience in a private-sector design or planning office.
• Advanced AutoCAD and customization skills, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of contract document layout and production.
• Advanced hand and digital rendering skills.
