Business Intelligence & Transformation Manager (AI)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland; the role is based in Zurich to ensure close alignment with key stakeholders.

What you will do

• Improve management information covering flows, profitability, pipeline, activities, and sales performance.
• Translate data, market developments, and business KPIs into insights, recommendations, and executive materials.
• Define business requirements for BI tools and reporting improvements in partnership with Technology, Finance, Operations, and Sales.
• Support business planning, strategic sales reviews, initiative tracking, and executive briefings.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives that simplify processes, improve collaboration, and strengthen operational effectiveness.
• Identify and help implement digital and Artificial Intelligence use cases for commercial effectiveness and client-focused execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in asset management, wealth management, banking, consulting, or broader financial services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of asset management distribution, client and product economics, business performance, and commercial drivers.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex challenges into practical business requirements and execution priorities.
• Experience with change initiatives, process improvements, or cross-functional projects, ideally including digital transformation or Artificial Intelligence use cases.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Additional language skills.
