Enterprise Architect

What you will do

• Build and maintain the Enterprise Architecture baseline by mapping applications, components, integrations, and target architecture.
• Define and evolve the Enterprise Architecture framework in alignment with business strategy, security requirements, and group standards.
• Establish governance guidelines, architecture review processes, and compliance with defined standards.
• Integrate architecture validation into IT demand management, prioritization, and portfolio decision-making.
• Assess IT landscapes, identify gaps, and drive transformation roadmaps with Solution Architects.
• Guide architecture and service design decisions while documenting solutions and aligning business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant Enterprise Architecture experience, including frameworks, governance models, and architecture best practices.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience assessing complex IT environments and defining actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Understanding of IT security, compliance, and service lifecycle management principles.
• Experience with architecture modeling and visualization tools such as LeanIX or similar platforms.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, communication, storytelling, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• TOGAF or an equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification.
