TL;DR
Vice President of VIP (iGaming): Leading PENN Interactive’s VIP and Player Development organization across the US and Canada with an accent on VIP growth, customer retention, revenue performance, and high-value player relationships. Focus on building leadership teams, optimizing customer lifecycle strategies, analyzing performance data, and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Location: Remote role associated with Philadelphia, PA and overseeing markets across the US and Canada

What you will do

  • Lead the VIP and Player Development organization across the US and Canada.
  • Develop and execute strategies for VIP growth, customer retention, player value, and revenue performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Regional Directors, Managers, Executive Hosts, VIP Hosts, and Associate Hosts.
  • Build a leadership bench through succession planning, mentorship, talent development, and performance management.
  • Establish KPIs, analyze business and customer trends, and translate insights into growth strategies.
  • Partner with Product, CRM, Analytics, Finance, Compliance, and Operations while ensuring regulatory and responsible gaming compliance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in player development, casino marketing, VIP operations, online gaming, or related gaming industries.
  • At least 5 years of VIP leadership experience in online casino, iGaming, sportsbook, or interactive gaming.
  • Experience leading multi-market teams and developing high-performing leaders.
  • Proven results in VIP revenue growth, customer retention, and profitability.
  • Deep knowledge of VIP player development, CRM, customer acquisition and retention, host operations, and high-value customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, and performance analysis skills.
