What you will do

• Evaluate patients using clinical assessments, functional goals, prognosis, and objective measures.
• Develop, deliver, and modify individualized treatment programs to support functional progress and long-term outcomes.
• Educate patients and families and adapt communication strategies to improve engagement and understanding.
• Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and progress accurately in the electronic medical record and complete payer documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff to coordinate effective treatment.
• Supervise new staff members or affiliating students and maintain clinical competency in relevant techniques and equipment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required.
• CPR certification.
• Strong time-management, communication, documentation, patient-handling, and clinical judgment skills.
• Part-time schedule of 20 hours per week: Monday 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Wednesday 11:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and Friday 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Graston Technique experience.
• Lymphedema certification.
• Dry Needling experience.
