What you will do
- Develop and maintain short-term production schedules, including work order creation, scheduling, and closure.
- Align daily and weekly production plans with demand priorities, capacity constraints, and material availability.
- Monitor schedule adherence, adjust plans to address disruptions, and collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Coordinate raw material and component availability with suppliers and warehouse teams.
- Monitor critical stock levels, escalate shortages, and support inventory optimization.
- Maintain ERP planning data, track scheduling KPIs, and contribute to standardized continuous improvement practices.
Requirements
- University degree, ideally in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent field.
- 0–3 years of supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ERP logic and planning data maintenance.
- Fluent Italian and English required.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, priority management, resilience, and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle ERP.
- Knowledge of other European languages.
