What you will do
- Design assigned portions of landscape architecture projects under direct supervision.
- Use AutoCAD and related software to prepare documents and complete assignments according to established quality standards.
- Support design development from conceptual design through construction administration.
- Prepare drafting documents, computations, probable cost opinions, project schedules, and construction-related services.
- Revise plans based on agency, municipal, and client reviews and complete site visits as required.
- Communicate workload, schedules, and task status with the Project Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience designing landscape architecture projects.
- Advanced regional proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, technical writing, Revit, Lumion, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to support project schedules, quality standards, budgets, and designated chargeability goals.
