Senior Analyst HRIS – Oracle Fusion HCM

Salary: $83,000–$145,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead functional configuration and production support for Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, and HR Help Desk.
• Design and maintain role-based access, data security, job roles, abstract roles, and security profiles.
• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into scalable functional solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.
• Configure HCM Design Studio, Redwood UX, and Visual Builder Studio enhancements to improve user journeys and page experiences.
• Manage HR Help Desk workflows, routing rules, SLAs, request types, knowledge articles, and Learning configuration.
• Plan and execute UAT, regression testing, quarterly update support, defect triage, documentation, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of related experience, including 4+ years configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Core HR, enterprise structures, workforce administration, person management, and employment flows.
• Functional experience with Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, HR Help Desk, and HCM Security.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and requirements-translation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple functional deliverables across parallel initiatives and support Oracle quarterly updates.
