Manager, VCA Implementation Services (VIS)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; at least 3 days in the office required

What you will do

• Manage multifunctional teams delivering implementation projects for issuers, acquirers, and merchants.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of customer lifecycle programs, campaigns, card portfolio solutions, product initiatives, and process improvements.
• Develop delivery frameworks and methodologies and support the design and execution of client recommendations.
• Track project KPIs and team performance, analyze results, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global functional teams as a liaison for project execution.
• Support the implementation and adoption of hirify.global digital products and services and perform data manipulation and analysis.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent advanced-degree or PhD pathway.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services, payments, consulting, or a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering, or another quantitative field.
• Experience with Agile methodology, particularly Kanban and Scrum, plus Product Discovery and process or service mapping.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Portuguese and English required; Spanish is a plus.
