TL;DR
Deliver Project Manager (MedTech): Managing large, complex, cross-functional projects and business transformation initiatives across the LATAM region with an accent on project governance, portfolio oversight, scheduling, resource management, and risk control. Focus on leading multidisciplinary teams, integrating program timelines, driving mitigation of critical-path risks, and presenting executive-level project updates.
Location: São José dos Campos or São Paulo, Brazil; up to 15% domestic and international travel may be required.

What you will do
- Lead large, complex, cross-functional projects across planning, execution, closeout, and lessons learned.
- Establish and maintain the regional PMO governance model, including project intake, prioritization, stage-gate reviews, reporting, and escalation paths.
- Develop and integrate schedules with program timelines, identify critical-path items, and drive mitigation actions.
- Manage resources, project risks, performance metrics, budgets, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications, sponsor updates, executive status reports, and risk briefings.
- Manage multiple interrelated business transformation initiatives and lead teams through influence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience in project or program management and supply chain logistics.
- Required certification in PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, FPX, or an equivalent project management qualification.
- Fluent Portuguese and English required.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with quality, regulatory, and operations functions.
- Proven experience with budgets, project schedules, risk management, analytical problem solving, and stakeholder alignment.
Nice to have
- Spanish language skills.
- FPX subject-matter expertise.
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and change management.
