Senior Analyst Strategy & Business Transformation

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Must reside in the metro Phoenix area and work in the office four days per week, with one remote day.

What you will do

• Support strategic initiatives and business transformation projects across multiple departments.
• Document and design current-state and future-state business processes.
• Help define project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and transition requirements.
• Provide change management support to functional leaders and monitor adoption.
• Analyze and report success metrics, financial measures, project status, and risks.
• Build relationships with internal customers and support decision-making.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in business and financial analysis, translating business needs into definable solutions.
• Experience with enterprise-level, multi-departmental projects and business process implementation, project management, or change management.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, process implications, and cost-effective strategy.
• Ability to plan, monitor, and implement projects using timely and cost-effective methods.
• Strong presentation, written, verbal communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with process documentation, design, or quantitative data reporting.
