Packaging Engineering Compliance Supervisor

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day packaging compliance documentation and operational activities.
• Support regulatory reporting and data requirements related to PPWR, UK RAM, and other packaging regulations.
• Coordinate supplier outreach, track responses, and follow up on incomplete or delayed submissions.
• Review, validate, organize, and cleanse packaging data in PLM and related tracking systems.
• Maintain compliance trackers, reports, dashboards, and status updates while identifying and closing data gaps.
• Provide daily work direction, prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and support onboarding and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Packaging, Supply Chain, Business, Data Management, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, documentation management, compliance operations, or related work.
• Experience coordinating work or providing day-to-day guidance in a team environment.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, filtering, lookup functions, data organization, and basic reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, problem-solving, communication, and issue-tracking skills.
• Ability to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders; PLM, SAP, packaging, regulatory compliance, or product data management experience is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting packaging compliance or regulatory data collection.
• Familiarity with PPWR, UK RAM, or similar packaging-related regulations.
• Experience with data cleansing, gap analysis, documentation tracking, trend analysis, and status reporting.
• Previous lead, coordinator, or supervisor-level experience.
• Experience improving documentation or compliance-related workflows.
