What you will do
- Evaluate manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction.
- Conduct time and motion studies to improve productivity and resource utilization.
- Collect and analyze production data such as cycle time, downtime, and throughput.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for operations teams.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams and support planning and scheduling activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to analyze and interpret production data.
- Knowledge of time study and work measurement techniques.
- Based in or able to work onsite in Manila, Philippines.
