What you will do

• Lead technical formulation and product development for graphic-related products, including PVC and non-PVC digital printing graphic films.
• Collaborate with business teams and customers to identify new product opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and validate processes, product performance, and material specifications.
• Support successful new product introduction commercialization.
• Identify patent opportunities and support enterprise intellectual property processes.
• Apply project management practices to prioritize, execute, and document development work.

Requirements

• Relevant education and work history must be provided in the application.
• Experience or capability in technical product development and formulation.
• Ability to collaborate with business, customer, and cross-functional technical teams.
• Ability to follow safety policies, identify hazards, and contribute to continuous EHS improvement.
