Scheduler - Planning & Cost Control

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and analyze schedules for moderate to complex projects using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Integrate cost and resource data into schedules for forecasting and performance tracking.
• Maintain schedule baselines and monitor progress against KPIs.
• Analyze cost and schedule data and prepare project performance reports and presentations.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative schedule-based risk analysis and support risk mitigation.
• Provide recommendations, training, and guidance on project scheduling and cost-control processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost analysis.
• Experience managing complex project schedules and supporting cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• Experience loading and analyzing cost and resource data, including enterprise systems such as SAP.
• Knowledge of AACE principles, project-controls methodologies, and PMI-SP-aligned risk-analysis practices.
• BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university in a related analytical discipline.

Nice to have

• PMP or PMI-SP certification.
