What you will do
- Develop and implement machine learning and advanced analytics models using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
- Apply supervised and unsupervised learning and statistical modeling to large-scale transactional and behavioral datasets.
- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.
- Validate, monitor, and improve model performance using explainability techniques such as SHAP.
- Develop and operationalize analytical solutions on Databricks and Azure while collaborating with data and software engineering teams.
- Translate analytical results into recommendations for business stakeholders and technical teams, including regulated financial services and AML/KYC use cases.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Strong experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
- Strong programming skills in Python, including PySpark and machine learning libraries, plus SQL.
- Experience with large-scale transactional or behavioral datasets, model validation, monitoring, and explainability.
- Understanding of data engineering concepts and experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks and Azure.
- Fluent English is required. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are expected.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with regulated environments, including financial services and AML/KYC.
- Knowledge of other European languages.
