Machine Learning Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and apply machine learning models with measurable business impact.
• Partner with Marketing on bidding and targeting across Paid Search, Retargeting, and Email.
• Develop algorithms that personalize result ranking in the insurance product.
• Identify opportunities, propose experiments, and build models that improve customer conversion.
• Work hands-on within a goal-focused, full-stack data science team.

Requirements

• 1+ year of relevant experience building and applying machine learning models.
• Strong Python skills, including NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn, plus strong SQL.
• Strong quantitative and programming skills with a product-oriented approach.
• Ability to clarify business problems, identify solutions, and ship within fixed timelines.
• Graduate degree in a technical or quantitative discipline.
• Fluent spoken and written English; ability to work in a hybrid office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• Mathematics or computer science competition background.
