Location: Must be based in the European Union with occasional on-site workshops in Warsaw (max 1-3 per quarter).

What you will do

• Design and refine ML scoring models for core bidding logic including CTR, CVR, and RoAS.
• Architect model strategies for complex solutions integrating user, product, and placement signals.
• Ensure model readiness for high-throughput and low-latency production environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and quality assurance for Data Science workstreams.
• Mentor other Data Scientists to improve team-wide modeling standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the European Union and hold a valid work permit.
• Extensive experience in designing and training Deep Learning models for production.
• Proven expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow, plus strong Pandas and NumPy skills.
• Advanced SQL skills for large-scale data environments.
• Strong experience with public cloud infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud Platform and Vertex AI.
• Ability to write production-level, testable, and documented Python code with CI/CD familiarity.
• Relevant academic degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in low-latency online applications and advertising/marketing domains.
• Proficiency in traditional ML techniques like Gradient Boosted Trees.
• Experience in technical leadership and coordinating model development.
• Practical use of AI-assisted coding tools.
