Manufacturing Operations Specialist

Location: Waterford, Ireland; on-site manufacturing role

What you will do

• Manage manufacturing investigations, identify root causes, and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure products are manufactured, stored, and packaged in accordance with cGMP requirements.
• Revise and manage batch production records, manufacturing procedures, and cross-functional documentation.
• Develop and deliver GMP training materials and provide floor training for manufacturing staff.
• Perform scheduled audits and help maintain the site quality system.
• Identify and initiate continuous-improvement projects and support manufacturing projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment is essential.
• Experience with sterile manufacturing is desirable.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and technical-writing skills.
• Understanding of mechanical operations, cGMP, and site KPIs.
• MES/SCADA and SAP experience is advantageous.
