Manufacturing Process Technician (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing): Operating equipment and supporting the manufacture, inspection, and testing of sterile parenteral drugs with an accent on GMP compliance, aseptic processing, and production quality. Focus on troubleshooting manufacturing systems, documenting investigations, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement in a regulated Grade A/B environment.

Location: Dublin, Ireland; onsite work at the hirify.global manufacturing site with a required shift pattern

Salary: €39,477.40–€53,410.60 per year

What you will do

  • Set up manufacturing equipment and process parts and components used in sterile drug production.
  • Complete electronic manufacturing transactions in systems such as EBR and LIMS, and clean and sanitize production areas.
  • Perform sampling, testing, inspections, self-inspections, and support regulatory and corporate audits.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues, initiate and document investigations, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Maintain and improve operational documentation, manufacturing systems, and peer-review practices.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities, promote safe working practices, and support cross-functional training.

Requirements

  • Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent; a relevant third-level qualification is preferred.
  • At least 12 months of sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing experience or 2 years in a GMP or equivalent regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of GMP principles and aseptic processing, including experience in Grade A/B graded aseptic areas.
  • Experience manufacturing drug products and operating equipment such as autoclaves, filling lines, and formulation vessels.
  • Understanding of Right First Time techniques and lean manufacturing concepts, with demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English required.
