What you will do
- Analyze bid solicitations and contract opportunities for the Roadway Materials portfolio.
- Coordinate proposal responses and bids across marketing, sales, laboratory, finance, and manufacturing teams.
- Plan and lead contract negotiations, documenting outcomes to reduce risk and improve financial results.
- Negotiate contract changes and renewals when terms require clarification or resolution.
- Act as the primary contact for customer contract matters and build relationships supporting future opportunities.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and participate in cross-functional issue-resolution and process-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or associate degree, or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of combined experience in contract administration, customer projects, sales, or customer service.
- At least one year of project management experience.
- Fluent English with strong speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment.
