What you will do
- Analyze and improve warranty processes to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and policy compliance.
- Act as the primary contact for warranty inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Create customer warranty claims in Tavant and ensure complete supporting information.
- Review weekly CATS reports and approve or reject line return claims according to inspection results and warranty guidelines.
- Process daily AC OEM warranty claims, including credit approvals and credit/debit memo generation.
- Develop warranty metrics, reports, and trend analyses while collaborating on service, quality, turnaround-time, and system improvements.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience analyzing warranty claims, processes, reports, and business needs.
- Ability to validate claim data, interpret inspection results, and apply warranty guidelines.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external or internal stakeholders.
- Ability to identify Tavant system issues, coordinate solutions with support teams, and test changes before production release.
