Senior Manager Information Security (Cybersecurity)

Location: New York City, NY; onsite

Salary: $175,000–$190,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide security implementations, including IAM rollouts, zero-trust adoption, and vulnerability remediation initiatives.
• Develop, document, and enforce security policies, standards, baselines, control procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee risk assessments, security reviews, compliance audits, vendor risk management, and audit evidence collection.
• Coordinate with Engineering, IT, Legal, Privacy, Studio, and business stakeholders to integrate regulatory requirements into operational processes.
• Design compliance monitoring tools and dashboards, support incident response reviews, and drive risk mitigation and control improvements.
• Deliver security awareness training and prepare executive reports on compliance status, audit results, risk trends, and governance initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience, including 5+ years in information security focused on governance, risk, and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SOX, PCI, and MPAA Best Practices, plus NIST, ISO, and CIS frameworks.
• Experience leading audits and compliance assessments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments.
• Experience developing security policies and governance documentation, performing risk assessments, and planning mitigation strategies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and knowledge of security technologies including vulnerability management, IAM, and endpoint protection.

Nice to have

• MS in Cybersecurity.
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC or Archer.
