Focus on monitoring quality, timelines, budgets, regulatory compliance, project risks, and revenue performance across cross-functional delivery teams.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and specialists, including performance reviews, coaching, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- Oversee linguistic validation and eCOA implementation projects, monitoring quality, timelines, budgets, KPIs, risks, and escalations.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide senior guidance on project delivery.
- Collaborate with Client Managers, Business Development, Production, and Technology teams in a global cross-functional environment.
- Monitor revenue, margins, profitability, forecasts, utilization, change orders, invoicing readiness, and revenue recognition milestones.
- Support audit readiness, CAPA implementation, SOP adherence, process standardization, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Languages, Translation, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience, including management of project teams in Life Sciences, eCOA, localization, or related services.
- Experience in clinical research, clinical outcomes assessments, linguistic validation, localization, or healthcare services.
- Strong understanding of translation and linguistic validation methodologies.
- Knowledge of eCOA, ePRO, eClinRO, eObsRO, or related electronic clinical technologies.
- Strong analytical, financial, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
