Migration and Delivery Lead (Air Transport)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with work from home up to 2 days per week depending on team needs.

What you will do

• Own and manage the migration pipeline across multiple geographic regions.
• Prioritize migrations according to business needs, customer commitments, readiness, and capacity.
• Coordinate delivery across regional teams, customer interaction managers, and external partners.
• Lead governance reviews, monitor progress, and provide consolidated reporting and executive-level insights.
• Manage risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and major migration programs.
• Drive capacity optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement across the migration organization.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in IT, telecommunications, or air transport technology.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation or migration programs.
• Strong governance, planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across regions and external partners.
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, networking technologies, and ATI-related systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, plus at least one technical certification such as ASEP, TE, STE, ESE, CCNP, or CCIE.
