What you will do

• Support real-world, project-based assignments aligned with business priorities.
• Contribute to initiatives in business strategy, finance, supply chain, customer operations, analytics, communications, and operational improvement.
• Apply academic learning to business, technical, and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with professionals across teams and business functions.
• Present project outcomes, recommendations, and key learnings.
• Build technical and professional skills through hands-on work, mentorship, networking, and formal learning.

Requirements

• Be a sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelor's degree, or a first-year master's student with at least one semester remaining before graduation.
• Pursue a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate interest in the applicable field and the energy industry.
• Analyze information, solve problems, and communicate findings effectively.
• A GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
