Location: Flexible hybrid setup between home and the carbon-neutral office in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The role is available for 32–40 hours per week, with the option to work abroad for up to 6 weeks per year, including up to 4 weeks outside the EU.
Salary: €4,800–€6,200 gross per month for 40 hours, excluding holiday allowance, plus an annual company-performance bonus.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and improve the Market Operations & Backoffice team through team meetings and regular 1-on-1s.
- Monitor critical energy market processes, including meter data and switch success, to maintain operational stability and quality.
- Resolve complex cross-departmental market cases as the main escalation point.
- Translate legislative and energy market changes into practical processes and ensure team readiness.
- Partner with Customer Operations, Product, Tech, and Data to automate and continuously improve market processes.
- Represent in industry meetings with EDSN and grid operators, and support recruitment and onboarding.
Requirements
- HBO/WO-level education, ideally in Business Administration, Operations, or a technical or energy-related field.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in an operational or customer-facing environment.
- Analytical, data-driven approach with a people-oriented and coaching leadership style.
- Experience implementing process, market, and legislative changes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Ecedo, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of electricity and gas market processes, EDSN, and MFF is beneficial.
