Customer Delivery Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own merchant onboarding and activation from post-signature through go-live and early revenue ramp-up.
• Manage high-risk merchants with complex compliance, risk, operational, and technical requirements.
• Drive fast go-live, monitor early transaction activity, and reduce time-to-revenue.
• Resolve blockers related to risk, compliance, payment integrations, and operational execution.
• Coordinate Sales, Sales Engineering, Account Management, Risk, Operations, partners, and regional stakeholders.
• Analyze gross revenue, transaction volume, and authorization rates to recommend performance and growth improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience in payments, fintech, or high-risk industries such as gambling, forex, or crypto.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, risk frameworks, and regulatory environments.
• Experience managing complex, high-stakes merchant relationships.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on performance and revenue outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and commercial stakeholders.
